CWHL Recipients get to attend for FREE
The weekend kicks off on Friday evening with a recipient VIP Pre-Party at the Holiday Inn Livonia (please note this is at the Holiday Inn in Livonia NOT the Holiday Inn Express in Livonia). Attendees enjoy dinner, mingling with other recipient families, and having your nails painted in preparation for the Charity Ball the next night!
EYEBROWS & EYELASHES
Our wonderful & talented friends Lynne & Tiffany from Occhi Lash & Brow Studio from Chicago will host an amazing FREE class to teach recipients great techniques on how to easily & naturally add & enhance their eyebrows & eyelashes!
WIG CARE, TIPS & STYLING
You'll recognize this CWHL supporter from her hair replacement videos on our website! Diana Ford of Hair Solutions by Diana Ford will teach a class about how to care for hair replacements & offer other fun tips!
We begin preparation for the Charity Ball in the Holiday Inn conference rooms. Professional hair stylists and makeup artists will be onsite for our recipients in the afternoon!
Shuttle Service will be provided from the hotel to the Charity Ball at Laurel Manor for any CWHL recipient families that need to use it.
The Charity Ball on Saturday night is a large, fancy event with the runway show, dinner, photo ops, dancing, silent auctions and raffles. CWHL recipients and their families, special guests, many supporters, donors and volunteers all attend to celebrate and continue our mission,
"COVERING YOUNG HEADS TO HEAL YOUNG HEARTS!"™
And most importantly, our CWHL recipients are given the opportunity to develop friendships with other recipients that often continue long after the weekend ends!

On March 16, 2019, in San Diego, The Longhairs hosted The Great Cut and broke the Guinness World Record for the most hair donated to charity in a 24 hour period, all for Children With Hair Loss!

We hope you're able to join us for the 19th Annual Charity Ball on November 4, 2023 in Livonia, Michigan! CWHL schedules a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Livonia, MI and will provide the rate and a link to reserve a room as soon as it is available.
